Drizzle caramel inside a chilled martini glass. Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, salted caramel syrup, salt, and ice to a shaker. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until icy and frothy. Double strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with 3 espresso beans or a caramel drizzle.
